Processing Time
• Premade Bows: These are shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
• Made to order Bows: For normal bows made to order, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
• You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
• During peak times (holidays or sales), there may be slight delays, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard Shipping (within the US):
• Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days
• Rate: $5.99 flat rate (Free for orders over $50)
• Expedited Shipping (within the US):
• Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days
• Rate: $12.99 flat rate
• International Shipping:
• Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days (varies by location)
• Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or directly through the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
• Lost: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at info.wildly@gmail.com with your order details.
• Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours, including photos of the damage. We’ll work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
